The Mission of Jasper County Neighbors United, Inc. is to enhance the quality of life by creating a healthy community.
Jasper County Neighbors United started as a group of local people who wanted to help improve the quality of life for their neighbors.

  • Become a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation
  • Become a Community Development Corporation (November 26, 2003)
  • Taught Jasper County neighbors about personal money management, productivity on the job, computer operations, and wealth building by owning their own home.
  • Received certification from the South Carolina Department of Commerce to provide tax credits for investors.
  • Received grants from independent sources, and have partnered with realtors, bankers, and The Technical College of the Low Country to provide training and assistance to individuals who have chosen to improve themselves.
